- Has my high chair ever been recalled?
- Please refer to our Safety Notices section to check to see if your model number and manufacture date is involved in the recall.
- How can I get a stain out of my tray?
- It is recommended to use lemon juice to help remove the stains on your tray, although this may not take the stain completely off. The use of bleach, harsh chemicals, or other household cleaners is not recommended. Food items that contain food coloring or tomato paste can cause the plastic tray to stain.
- How should I clean my seat pad?
- Wipe vinyl seat pads with a warm, soapy sponge or cloth. Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or other household cleaners on the seat pad. For cloth pads, machine wash in cold water and air dry. Do not put your seat pad in the dryer.
- What is the weight limit on my high chair?
- A child should never be left unattended in a high chair. The high chair restraint straps should always be used to restrain the child while using the high chair. The high chair tray is not designed to restrain the child. The weight limit on high chairs is 50 pounds.
- What will cause the seat pad on my high chair to wear so fast?
- The seat pad on your high chair will wear quickly if you slide your child into the seat without first removing the tray, if you let your child climb into the high chair by himself, or if you clean the high chair with anything other than a warm, soapy cloth.
- Where can I find the model number and manufacturing date on my high chair?
- Model numbers are located on either the back or bottom of the seat, stamped on a white sticker. The manufacturing date will typically appear as a 4-digit date code representing the week and year of manufacture. The model number for wooden high chairs should be on a sticker under the seat. The date stamp is found underneath the T bars.
